Viva La Mexico! Puerto Vallerta, Mexico

Hello! please visit my last blog here if you have not seen it yet! Welcome to Mexico! Close to me and only about a couple of hours on a plain to get to here. Such a short flight for a relaxing time here. Mexico has such great cuisine and such a fun spirit here. The culture is above-and-beyond and I have had such great hospitality when I come to Mexico. This was the first time I came to Puerto Vallarta. The ony other time I have been to Mexico was Tijuana.

The picture above is where I stayed for the first couple of nights. This place was absolutely amazing! It is a private villa that many celebrities have traveled to here. Just to name a few Blake Griffin, Kim Kardashian, Kanye West, J-Lo, and etc have all been here. This place was a 5 bedroom villa that came with personal chefs, housekeepers, pool, and beach. It had everything you could dream of! I have stayed in a villa before in my other blog post when I went to Virgin Gorda.

The second place I stayed at was another type of villa that came with the same deal. This place was in Punta Mita, Mexico which is the city next to Puerto Vallarta. This town of Punta Mita is more quite and does not have nearly as much tourisim as Puerto Vallarta. This place was extremly beautiful! It had some of the best sunsets. You were able to walk alongside the private beach. There were two pools and a hot tub! They had ping ping tables, basketball court, and a movie theater. A lot to do and a big bar that was stocked!

When you walked down these staits is would take you to the beach. We used our our snorkleing kit to find a lot of fish and swam by the reefs. Lounging around the beach and enjoying a drink is primarly what you should do here. We went surfing and got lessons from a well known guy has taught Tom Cruise how to surf! It was a cool experince to learn how to surf and finally ride a wave.

This was the back that the stairs lead too! We got to help rescue baby turtles from the shore and put them in the ocean. This picture was taken about 5:30 am so it was very early. I ate a lot of food here! A lot of traditional food like Tamales, chilaquiles, and my favorite tostadas. Everyone here in Mexico are very nice. We had a blast and it was fun getting to see two citites. There was a lot of shopping to do here. They have a lot of markets on the beach to spend some time shopping.

I spent two weeks in the two cities and had the opportunity to really enjoy life and relax. When you are overseas you get the enjoy the simplicity of life. This is a place where you kickback and you drink a Corona and lay by the beach. Pick your favorite tank top, put your sandals on, and eat snacks by the beach all day. If you want more information on Puerto Vallarta click here. Go out and drink a Modelo for me on the beach!
